Today (December 30), 'Billboard' announced that Mariah Carey is officially the first artist in history to have a No. 1 single across four different decades. The record means she's surpassed Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Elton John, Janet Jackson, Madonna, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and Usher.
