The Jonas Brothers paid a hospital visit to 16-year-old fan Lily Jordan on Saturday (August 31) before the Hershey, PA, stop of the 'Happiness Begins' tour. Jordan, who's battling cancer, posted photos from their surprise visit and thanked Joe, Nick, and Kevin for stopping by.
